
One of the most common reasons clients give for wanting to engage with coaching is to be "kept accountable".
Whenever I hear this, I usually push back. Accountability is in many ways a double-edged sword.
It absolutely can be the fuel for significant success, but if it's only being done to you it usually ends up feeling much like your mum reminding you to clean your room.
Not ideal...
The best kind of accountability comes from a mixture of external and internal, and in this training, I'm going to unpack the key insights into what accountability is, how to best leverage it to achieve the best outcomes, and how to ensure that you personally and your team can apply that accountability their own situation without the reliance on external factors
