Domino Plan
Traditional business planning is designed for only one (wrong) purpose; giving banks what they need to make lending decisions.
Not helpful if what you really want is. a roadmap to achieve your goals!
A real "working" plan has a different purpose, and in this training, I'm going to show you how to create a one-page plan that will define clearly not just targets but also what you will do over the course of 12 months to achieve them.
A key element of Domino Planning is the approach to implementing projects, and I'm going to share the key insights that led me to adopt and use an approach that insists upon attacking your target projects one-at-a-time.
